Since your neet rank is very high it is very difficult for you to get any seat in MBBS at all India or even state level quota in government college
But you can surely apply for management quota as many times seats are left unfilled so if you are willing to pay that amount you can get a seat .

You have obtained 380 marks in NEET so you are at the border of the cutoff marks range as the merit has gone high this year. You can try with the state quota seat counselling for the govt. institute but the possibility is less for getting the govt. institute.
