The NEET qualifying score is the minimum percentile that is needed to be achieved in order to gain admission to any medical college by passing the examination. For this each category has their own percentile.
You are an OBC Candidate, but even then based on your marks the chances of you getting a medical seat are almost negligible. You can try your luck in some other decent private government colleges or appear for the exam next year.
