As you have mentioned that you belong to VJ category and that is just applicable in Maharashtra, if you look at National level this category comes under OBC category. Looking at previous year's cut off trends for MBBS, candidates from OBC category required minimum 500-530+ marks in NEET to get a government seat. With the score you have mentioned it can be difficult for you to get admission in government college. However you can try in semi government or private colleges for MBBS.
