my neet score is 470 general in maharashtra any chance to get BDS in Government seat

When we look to previous year cut off, it was 524 for government dental college Aurangabad. It was around 540 in government dental college Mumbai and Nagpur. So with 470 mark getting admission for government dental college will be difficult. You have a good chance of getting admission in private dental colleges. There are only four government dental college in Maharashtra which is allotted through 85% state quota counseling of Maharashtra. These four colleges are as following

GDC, Mumbai

Nair DC, Mumbai

GDC, nagpur

GDC, Aurangabad

In Neet 2021, govt dental college was allotted for Gen category upto 490 marks in GDC, Aurangabad after completion of 85% state quota counseling of Maharashtra while in Neet 2020 cutoff marks was 508 marks and college allotted was GDC, nagpur.

So as for time being now it's very hard to tell about your chances to get govt dental college in Maharashtra state quota counseling, if ranks improve this year on your expected marks then you might have some chances in mop-up round counseling.

Although you have good chances of getting private dental college in your state quota counseling of Maharashtra.
