If we consider previous year cut off then for government college a general category candidate must have more 420 , so with score you have less chances to get government colleges .  But as you  know changes every year depending on various factors such as no.of Candidates appearing for the exam, no.of Candidates qualified, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam  .
