With 470 marks, your All India Rank will be around 72000 to 84000 approximately. Though you come under the reserved category, you have quite low chances of getting a seat in government medical college with this rank. You should apply for some state counseling.

Also note that the cut-off rank changes every year depending on the difficulty of the paper, and the number of candidates appearing for it.
