Hello dear candidate.
I see very slim chances of you getting admission into a government college in medical college. However, you must still try for government dental colleges.
However, you would definitely get admission into any good private medical or dental colleges.

As per the marks that you have mentioned I would like to tell you that you won't get a seat in government medical college and government dental college as last year least marks to secure a seat was 533 marks and 525 marks respectively from your category under state quota. Talking of which remember that cutoff varies every year depending on number of students appearing in exam, difficulty level of exam, students scoring more than you and your category.
