Hello, I have mentioned a few colleges below which had a cut off less than 490 in 2018 for general category under state quota.

1. Azeezia Medical College, cut off 481

2. Sree Gokulam Medical College, cut off 482.

3. KMCT Medical College, cut off 481.

4. Karuna medical college, cut off 481.

5. Malabar Medical College hospital and research centre, cut off 483.

6. Sree Narayana Institute of Medical Sciences, cut off 482.

7. Sree Uthradom Thirunal Academy of  Medical Sciences, cut off 482.

The cut off marks change every year by 10-20 marks due to number of students appearing for the exam, difficulty level of the exam, etc. As the cut off marks were in the range of 480-485, there are chances of getting admission in one of these colleges.

Good luck!
