Hello BD,
Based on the cutoffs of previous years, it can be speculated that a score of 519 is not enough to get government medical or dental college under All India Quota for a general category candidate. But state quota cutoffs are a little less as compared to AIQ. In 2018, the cutoff for UR category was 493 marks( Government Medical College, Khandwa) in Madhya Pradesh under state quota. This year's cutoffs are expected to be quite high, so your chances are very low. But in 2018, for government dental college, the cutoff was 463 marks and alloted college was Government College of Dentistry, Indore for UR category.
So as per your marks, you have better chances in government dental college of Madhya Pradesh under state quota.
All the best!
Hello dear student,
Your marks are really very less. Sorry but with this less marks you are not eligible to get a seat for MBBS and BDS in any government medical college. As you haven't mentioned your category but still even if you have a category then also you are not eligible to get a government seat .
I hope this was helpful .
Wish you luck
