The NEET cutoff depends on factors like the number of candidates who appeared for the exam, the difficulty level of the exam, the number of seats availability and the results secured by the students in each state(applies for state counselling).
For the marks you have mentioned your approximate rank would be around 37802 - 48952 ,which means chances are low for government seat. You should have a rank less than 1000 for government seat . You may give a try in state counselling and see. However, you can get into good private colleges
