Hello aspirant

First all congratulations for getting good marks

As per as your marks you will not get any government or semi government colleges in up as state have high competition. Last year lowest cut off for up was for Autonomous Medical College, Bahraich- 575 marks (14621 air). so there are no chance that you will get government colleges. But you can get best private medical colleges in your state as per your marks. You can go for these colleges these are best in state .

•Sri Rammurti Smarak Institute of Medical Sciences, Bareilly- 438

•School of Medical Sciences, (Sharda University), Greater Noida- 338 marks

•Subharti Medical College, Meerut-326 marks

You can also opt better private colleges than this if apply in karnataka/Kerala

these colleges are of low range fees
Otherwise in high fees like DEEMED UNIVERSITY
•JSS MEDICAL COLLEGE MYSORE
•K.S HEDGE MEDICAL COLLEGE, MANGLORE
These are two best.
It's difficult to say that what colleges you will get as cut off for Karnataka Private colleges will also rise for 40-50 marks for sure. But try most probably you will get admitted in karnataka and every colleges are more than average as south Indian College have good reputation. You can try in Kerala too it's also gud option to get Private medical colleges at low fees.
