Dear Aspirant

Below, I am mentioning the last year cut off through state quota for Medical College,Kolkata for each category as you have not mentioned any specified cateogory-

1. (UR) - AIR 5214 and marks 563

2. (OBC-A) - AIR 5923 and marks 559

3. (OBC-B) - AIR 6718 and marks 554

4. (SC) - AIR 42712 and marks 453

5. (ST) - AIR 144100 and marks 330

Concluding the above info. you may get admission according to your AIR but only if you belong to SC/ST or else no admission for UR,OBC-A,OBC-B.

You may refer to mentioned ink for other colleges in West Bengal https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cutoff-west-bengal

NOTE: Merit list changes every year so do the cut offs, on which only the admission is done.

Hope this helps you.

Dear Ankita, you havent mentioned your Category. Neverthless, in 2018, under State Quota,

  • an AIR of 18242 secured 509 marks and secured a seat in National Medical College, Kolkata, under General Category.
  • an AIR of 18307 secured 509 marks and secured a seat in National Medical College, Kolkata under OBC-A Category
  • an AIR of 19564 secured 505 marks and secured a seat in National Medical College, Kolkata under OBC-B Category
  • an AIR of 84066 secured 392 marks and secured a seat in National Medical College, Kolkata under SC Category
  • an AIR of 329809 secured 213 marks and secured a seat in National Medical College, Kolkata under ST Catefory.

    • With a rank of 10655, you have a decent chance at this college. Having said that, cut offs change every year and are dependant on various factors like no.of seats availble, no.of candidates appearing for the exam, top NEET score and difficulty of the exam.

See,the cutoff changes every year depending upon the number of candidates appearing for the examination, the category of the candidates and the difficulty level of the examination.

If we consider previous year cutoff, you can surely get a government Medical College under State Quota as well as All India Quota. You are eligible for colleges in Kolkata like Medical Colleges Kolkata,Institute of postgraduate Medical Education and Research,Kolkata.
