As far as your question is concerned, you can get a seat in All India Counseling from unreserved category as well as from reserved category. But the only benefit of the reserved category is that it will help you grab a seat in a slightly better college as compared to the college you will get through unreserved category. So why not to ise your category if there is an option with you. At the end it matters how bright you are.
