You have not mentioned which category you belong to. With a score of 645, even if you are in general category, you can get a seat in B. J medical college, Ahmedabad. Last year, a score of 620 got a seat in BJ medical college under the UR category in all India quota. But one thing to keep in mind is that scores and ranks vary each year with difficulty level of the question paper and availability of seats.
