Since you have not mentioned your category here so I will assume that you belong to UR category
With 344 marks, you have very less chance to get government medical College with general category.
You can get private medical Colleges(still chances are lesser than last year) if you wish to take admission

As you have not mentioned your category and domicile state that's why it would be tough to predict you anything .
