according to the previous year cut off rank for all india quota for the college Institute of Postgraduate Medical Education & Research, Kolkata the cut-off rank for general category students was 3084 which is not close to your what you have secured hence i would say that you have a tough chance to secure seat in this college until and unless the previous year's trend continues and do keep in mind that each year the trend changes due to factors like number of vacant seats, increase in seats, etc.
