Good luck.
Dear candidate,
Getting admission to any college depends on following factors:-
With your marks, your rank would fall in the range of 204000 to 244450. Since the cutoff marks hasn't been declared yet, it would be difficult to predict. But according to previous year figures, there would be less chances for grabbing a government seat with your rank because the competitions are increasing every year. Moreover ,you may get a private college .

Hey,
Regarding your question at first I would like to inform you that your all India General Merit rank must be in between 204334 - 244484 in NEET UG 2020.
Reference:
However it's obvious that despite being reserved (SC) category student you don't have any chance to get admission in any kind of Government MBBS colleges in any state, even in Andhra Pradesh through 85% State quota. But if you belong to states like West Bengal, Himachal Pradesh, Tamil Nadu, Telengana, Karnataka, Bihar, Punjab, Uttar Pradesh, Uttarakhand etc, then you have enough chance in several Government BDS colleges through 85% State quota.
You can go through the following websites for details: https://medicine.careers360.com/articles/neet-cut-off

Moreover your marks and rank are perfectly suitable for any private MBBS colleges, if you wish you can go for these.
In this regard, my suggestion is that if you have enormous dedication and enthusiasm to be an eminent doctor in future, then you should give an second attempt in next year. Because as you belong to SC cateogory student, so if you manage to secure atleast 100-110 more marks (i.e. 450-60) in next attempt, you'll have definite probability to get admitted in many Government MBBS colleges even through 15% AIQ. You should ponder over it.
