my neice has got admission in VVPF Ahemednagar college in round 1 we r opting for betterment in cap round 2 I f in 2 nd CAP round we dont get any seat ,can we cancel the first round seat at that time?will we get full refund of money . can we refuse the 2nd cap round seat without penalty?

If you do not accept their limited seat in second round then you're raised selfie will be refunded after deduction of 15% service charge. If you accept the allotted seat in first round still you appearing for second round counselling then after you have got a seat in second round then you have to accept your first priority alloted college in the first round. In this case if you denying the first round alloted college and not joined the second round alloted college you will get refund of no amount of money as you deposited..
