U need to Clear Entrance Exam as well.
For Eligibility in MBA Entrance Exam is 50% or more in Graduation.
U don't have 50% in graduation for attempting CAT exam .
So u might not get admission.

Minimum 50 % is required in graduation with Mat/ Gamt /Nmat/Cat/Xat for different specializations in MBA for sponsored and non sponsored category.
50% graduation is a minimum criteria for admission in amity noida .
So , is suppose you wont get admission there.
