my nephew is appearing in neet he has obc non cremy layer certificate on behalf of his fathers job. His mother is also doctor but divorced and both of them lives separately whether mother income in this case clubbed and in future any question arises for using reservation benefit? pl. guide.

hi,
if he is now residing with his father according to court orders and obc-ncl certificate is behalf of fathers job then he should only mention his fathers income..
if he satisfy all the eligibility criteria then it will be no problem .
