my nmat exam was on 31st october 2018 but i don't know what was my score .when i will come to know about it so that i can apply for retake

Dear Nikita, the NMAT exam results will be released generally within 4-5 weeks from the time you have taken your exam. Accordingly its advisable to keep checking the official website for updated information. Once the scores are published, you will receive an email at your registered email id. You can access your score card by logging in with your account credentials. Once the final score is announced, your scores also will be sent to the schools that you chose to share your scores.
