my nmr rank 12440....sc rank 2017 ... can i get a chance in a private college of nursing?

Seems like that you had appeared for WBJEE JENPAUH-UG entrance exam. Now based upon the SC category rank that you have scored, you may have chances in private colleges but maybe not the top ones. The seat count is quite low in almost all the colleges.
Though you have chances in private colleges for B.Sc Nursing.
