my nta score in jee 2020 January was 25. can I get government college in Madhya pradesh?

Hello dear
As you know that nearly all the colleges consider jee mains ranking for the admission. And with this percentile score you are not eligible to get admission in any if the college which give admission on basis of the jee mains. Yoh mat get admission on basis if your 12 th marks only because 25 percentile is very poor score. You should look for the near by city or state College.
But I would suggest you to work for the next chance of jee mains which will held in July and if you will able tk score a good percentile you may get admission in state College.
