Other Backward Classes (OBC-NCL) :-72.8887969
Scheduled Caste (SC) :- 50.1760245 percentile
Scheduled Tribe (ST):- 39.0696101 percentile
PwD :- 0.0618524 percentile
So, with 61 percentile you have qualified JEE Mains examination only if you belong to Sc/ St or PWD category ,if you belong to any other category then you have not qualified jeemains

JEE Main 2020 Cutoff is as follows:-
At 61.8068601 percentile in JEE Main, if you are from Scheduled Caste (SC), Scheduled Tribe (ST), PwD categories then you have qualifies JEE Mains and are eligible for JEE Advanced 2020, and if you are from General, OBC or EWS then, you aren't.
