See NTA has not yet released its official cut off or rank yet.  So its a bit difficult to say that you are yet eligible.

So I request you to wait for the official notification. Though the percentile which you got is only for the phase of examinations for which you have appeared.

That's why just wait for any official notification then make any decision.
