my NTA score is 76.74 and CRL is 251117. I want to do ECE, which college is best for me. I am from GENERAL category.

Seeing your rank and category , chances of getting admission into a top NIT is difficult for you to get a branch of ECE. But you could try getting admission into lower NITs. Where the cutoff trends vary on your percentile, rank and category.
