Hello. It is difficult to say if you will be getting a good govt. college or not because JEE Mains will be occurring again in April and best of the two attempts will be considered while making the overall merit list. Your percentile as well as rank may change after the April exam concludes.

But for now based on your percentile your probable rank will be 155,679 - 175,679 . (Assuming you in general category). For this rank you may not be able to qualify for the jee advanced.

I would recommend that you study more and appear for the April exam and try to score a percentile of 90+.
