Congratulations on a securing a decent rank. Considering your OBC B rank . It will be tough for you to make it to jadavpur University. I can give you a better idea if you share your overall rank. However if it is OBC b rank then kalyani will also be a tough call. Jalpaiguri will have a 50-50 chance. You can try for some other Government colleges.

Scope is open for good private colleges like IEM, HERITAGE, RCCIIT, Techno India salt lake
