My OBC -b rank in 2019 Wbjee is 4200 , Can I get into jadavpur University ?
As per the last year cutoff in jadavpur university for obc ( non - creamy layer)are given below -

Above ranking are the cutoff in final round. There are chances of you get seat except in cs. Also the cutoff doesn't varies much so you can hope also for IT branch in ju.

Answering your question I think yes,You will definitely be able to get into Jadavpur university for streams such as chemical,ECE,EEE,IT,Food ,Mechanical if you are a native of west bengal,if not it might be a problem ,but still there will be chances for you to get in as yours ranks are pretty good.
