see, in order to gte some good private engineering colleges in CSE (Computer Science and Engineering) branch in West Bengal, you can get direct admissions there on the basis of the university entrance exam. So to get private Engineering colleges you didnt need the WBJEE rank.
But if you want to get Government engineering colleges through WBJEE, then the admissions are done on the basis of GMR (General Merit Rank) and not on the basis of Category rank. So, considering your Category ranks as with 370, you have decent chances of getting Good colleges in West Bengal.
The above prediction is totally based on the previous year WBJEE cutoff which may vary as the WBJEE Cutoff depends on various factors like difficulty level of the paper, previous year cutoff, number of aspirants appearing, etc..
