If your home state is Delhi then you will get CS in DTU. If your home state isn't Delhi then you have a good chance of getting into DTU in CS branch. You can apply for JAC councilling , even if you don't get it in first round then wait for further rounds as you have very high chances of getting it. For previous years cut offs you can go through
