Hi bhavya will you please explain how can one get nlu Ranchi from obc category . Is it necessary to have a domicile of ranchi in this case. I am from Patna and my obc rank is 545 will I get any nlu or can there is any chance of Cnlu Patna

Hi bhavya I just checked the rank predictor of career 360 and its showing no chance of nlu at 545 obc rank. How can you be sure that he will get nlu ranchi at 910 obc rank. That's not true
