Ctae Udaipur and govt engg college are almost same . But govt engg college Bikaner is better for mech,civil , EE,CSE than Ctae Udaipur .

if u get 2nd/3rd ranked govt college of reap then go for it .Or u can go for DY Patil main campus. Other than main campus it is not so good.
