Assuming you are talking about paper 1, here are the probable colleges for you:-

Best nits are according to the branches an curriculum that they provide. Though with your rank you can apply for some top nits in nation. I would suggest not, trichi with comp branch as computer is one the most flourishing branch for engineers and most of students get a job in the it field as well. Though it also depends on your interest that what stream you want to pursue and then select the college accordingly. Nit Nagpur (vnit) is also a good option for you. Good luck.
