In the last round of JoSAA 2020 counselling the cut off was as follows for candidate belonging to OBC-NCL category (other state) to get admission to B.Planning

• Maulana Azad National Institute of Technology Bhopal: 475
• School of Planning & Architecture, Bhopal: 569
• School of Planning & Architecture, New Delhi: 529
• School of Planning & Architecture: Vijayawada: 605

Considering the previous year cut off you do not have chances to get admission in NIT/SPAs in B.Planning based on previous year cut off. Cut off depends on factors such as total number of candidates appeared, difficulty level of examination and total number of seats available etc. So it may increase or decrease this year based on above mentioned factors.

As you do not have chances to get seat in an NIT or SPAs you may seek admission in an institute accepting JEE Main Paper 2B score.
