I regret to inform you that with such a low score you cannot get admission into any prestigious college of engineering like top nits or iiits.

Getting iiits is next to impossible because nuber of seats in iiits are very less so obc candidate must have to score a rank below 10k to get admission.

But you can get admission into lower nits like northeast nits .

List of nits are:

Nit sikkim , nit mizoram

Nit aizawal , nit nagaland , nit aizawal
