my obc rank in jee mains is 1806 can i get cse in DTU from outside delhi region?

Congratulation to you for securing such a good rank in jee main. Since you have secured 1806 OBC -ncl category rank. There is very less possibility to get cse in DTU but you will get electronic and communication engineering in DTU .
