My obc rank is 1008 and ur rank is 2347 in BCECE ENGG... can you suggest me what colleges i choose or which college have better branch

According to reviews of other students bhagalpur college of engineering, muzaffarpur institute of technology, gaya engineering, nce chandi are referred as the top engineering colleges. Among these bhagapur is their first preference. With your rank you can not get Civil in Bhagalpur. You might get electrical but you can get other branches like electronics, IT and all.
