A rank of 22618 is a bit low of a rank. Due to the competition increasing by the minute everyday, the need for scoring higher marks and scores keep increasing more and more. Hence, unfortunately the top nits and IITs would be tough to get into with this score.

However, since you belong to the OBC category, the chances of you getting into some very well reputed universities are a bit on the higher side. Since you have not specified the course, there are even some new NITs into which you have a good chance of getting into such as NIT Andhra Pradesh, NIT Pondicherry etc.

It will very difficult to get any good NIT in this rank you can go for lower NITs and some GFTIs. You may get NIT Agartala, NIT Arunachal Pradesh. You can predict your all possible college here
