My Obc rank is 41000.Can I get into any nits like nit srinagar, goa, etc?

Hello Aspirant,
According to the rank and category you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the NITs as per previous year's cut-offs even NIT Srinagar, NIT Goa and so on.
Note that the cut-offs are bound to change every year depending upon various factors.
