my obc rank is 45000 in female quote can i get sgsits??

As you have not mentioned any entrance exam name , so I'm assuming you have appeared for JEE MAIN as SGITS , Indore accepts JEE Main rank.
As per your rank and category , yes you can get SGSITS ,with HS quota Indore with all the available branches in there , some of the top branches are:
- CSE
- ECE
- IT
- EE
- EIE
- Civil
- Mechanical etc.
Well, you always need to remember that every year's cutoff of JEE MAIN depends on some following factors :
- No of Students appeared for exam
- Seat Matrix
