Yes you may get seats. Assuming OBC NCL Other state quota, you may get:
1)Biotech, Mechanical or Textile Engineering in BR AMBEDKAR NIT Jalandhar
2)Civil Engineering or Material Sc and Metallurgical Engineering in MNIT, Bhopal
3)Chemical Engineering in NIT Agartala
and many others. Since you are female you may get special preference too because of female only seats.
To apply for CSAB, first login to the csab portal and fill in the required details. You have to select the preferred institutes and order them accordingly. Select all of them for better chances of entry into an NIT but make sure to put them in preferred order of what course you actually want to study. Then pay the fees and go to the alloted centre for verification of documents. After which you will have to visit the college for admission. Complete details are provided in the information brochure of CSAB which can be downloaded from the csab official site.

The NIT has varioius courses and each course has their own cutoff marks. If you fulfill the criteria you can NIT in the branch you wnat. I am providing you the link through which you can refer the cutoff marks of various NITs according to the branch or course.

The admission through CSAB you must have scored 75% marks or should be in top 20 percentile in class 12. This criteria is for NUET. There are some other criteria also to get the admission through CSAB. I am giving you the link and you can get the complete information here.
