My obc rank is 92439 and CRL rank is 280059 and board marks is 60.2percent in Bihar board can I get admission in IIT or nit or govt. Collage

As per your question you have 60.2 percentage in Boards but NIT guidelines says that student with minimum 75% or top 20% ile of any board is eligible for IIT and NITs. So talking about these two, you can not get a seat in IITs and NITs.

Talking about other colleges, government college of your state ( technical institute) will definitely be accepting admission in the basis of Jee marks, so you can try there. Hope you have gotten the answer and best of luck.
