my obc rank is 93000 which college is best for me for CSE ?

Hi, so basically there are no of colleges that you can easily get admitted to.
As you know NIT's are considered as one of the best universities and they too provide admission in the rank range you mentioned.
Following are the colleges that you can apply for a CS course:
- NIT Agartala
- NIT Meghalaya
- NIT Arunachal Pradesh
- Assam University (Silchar) etc
You can try out for application in the above colleges.
