According to the category rank you have mentioned in the question you cannot get any of the top NITs as per previous year's cut-offs but yes you can get some moderate NITs if you deserves Home state quota for them and those NITs are like :-

But if you don't deserves Home state quota for them then I would suggest you to sit for some state counselling because in some of the state government colleges you can get admission on such ranks.
