My old Email ID with which I have registered in MEC 1st year course is not working due to some technical issues. I have already made requested Deoghar RC to link my new Email ID but they have not responded since about two and half months. How can I reregister myself in 2nd year MEC programme?

Hello,
I believe your query is regarding IGNOU for MEC that is master of arts(economics), have you tried putting across your query at https://igram.ignou.ac.in/, if yes and even after this attempt you haven't received any help, then I would say that once this effect of pandemic diminishes or at least a sense of normalcy is restored, visit RC Deoghar in person, that seems to be the only way to solve your problem.
