Hello Aspirant,
You have to do nothing, if your optional or additional subject is Biology and you are preparing for NEET UG 2023 then there is a little risk. Risk is that, for this year the candidates with Biology as an additional or optional subject are allowed to appear for NEET UG and for admissions but provisionally depending upon the outcome of petition pending in Hon'ble SC of India but for 2023 nothing is known yet, if in the mean time the court passes an order to not consider the candidate for medical admission if he/she has Biology as an additional or optional subject in 10+2 then he/she will not be eligible for NEET UG but if it allows then you can definitely appear for NEET UG 2023, so for now nothing is clear regarding NEET UG 2023.
As you are preparing for NEET UG 2023 so I am enlisting down some tips that would benefit you in your preparation :-

After 4-5 POMODORO slabs take a long 30 minutes break. During break do whatever you like to do, so that your mind gets recharged.
**** Practice previous year's question papers and sample papers as many as you can because it will enhance your self-confidence and time management skill.
