my ouat application form alrady filled and payment make successful,I have confirmation page and proof of payment still there message coming from out your payment is pending, I check my form 1000 time there show payment make sucessfull..no link for payment also ..what I do help me....

Hey aspirant,
Kindly check if anyway your payment has failed. You can go through your transactions to ensure that the amount has not been credited back to your account.
