My overall percentile in CAT is 23.95 and im in open category student so which college will get for MBA

With your CAT percentile you may not get any good colleges but you should try with some other entrance exams like CMAT, if you've applied for it, or MAT ( February and May) or you can apply for the written exam of IBSAT. These exams will also offers you plethora of colleges to choose from. Even if you get a tier 3 college you can easily get a job in a reputed organization with some hard work.
