But as 2nd round is also completed, only mop up round is left, so chances are less, y ou can check the 2nd round merit list for your state counseling and see the last rank to get seat and your rank difference and if the difference is by few marks and you slightly behind the last rank then you have more chances to get your seat.
It depends on no. Of seats and vacancy in your state so mop up round basically Depend on vacancy.
(Chances are zero if last rank is 3900 and your rank is 24k. ) If the difference is for 10 ranks aprrox, you will have better chances than.
